Work, Rats!

I am driving down from San Francisco to SD for the show at Humphrey's. How wonderful would it have been to stop by in Santa Barbarba on the 18th to see Idina at that super nice venue? BUT, NO, gotta work that night! Work is interfering with my Idina happiness. Terrible! See you all in SD. Bettie

If you did that over the summer, I know that my friend would be the happiest person on earth and me too because I would go again I turned my mom into a FANZEL and she wants to take me!!!
My friend is ONE of you biggest fans and her parents won't take her to a concert unless it is in CT and all she really wants for her birthday is to go to your concert. I am trying so see what else she wants for her brithday and all she says is she wants to go to your concert.
I was really happy I got to go to your last concert in CT. foy my 13th birthday!!:) I hope she gets to also!!:)

Oh I really have the WORST luck ever!!!

Wow. I'm SO GLAD you are performing in DC, Idina, but I'm so bummed that I cannot go! I'll be in Italy then..and I've had the trip planned for a year...darn!! I'm all psyched about my trip, but a little part of me is devastated that I've probably missed my only chance (at least for a while) to see you in concert.

i cant afford to travel very far but i know i can get to all of those cities. chicago is 6 hours away from me roughly. i would make every single person i know and meet come to the show. idina gave me the strength to get my life back on track and to pursue my dreams of theater. it would be completely totally and utterly amazing to see her in concert.

I went to one of her concerts and the stage was really small. I was like an arms length away from where she entered. If I leaned forward I would be able to touch her. :) When she was singing I was like eight feet away from her! That place was tiny.

It was like that when I went to her concert in Connecticut, except I was way back so I wasn't close to her, but there were not that many seats in the theater. The people in the front row were soooooo close to her! I wish I had been in the front row!

Yay! I got my tickets for Santa Barbara!! Even though it took me literally ten tries and five minutes of waiting to get through to the theater and every seat the woman tried to sell me kept getting sold just as I was about to buy them, it seriously happened 5 times. But it ended up being really funny and the woman and I just kept laughing at my misfortune and bad luck. Plus she ended up getting me front row tickets, although they're off to the side but the theater isn't big at all so I don't care. YAY FOR IDINA AND HER AMAZING FAN BASE!!!!!!

RENT in theaters!

So I just found out that SONY is going to film the last performance of RENT on Broadway on September 7 and release it in theaters!!!! SO...maybe Idina will be there?? (probably not performing, though...)

Such a tease...

I know Idina's info says that we can get presale to the DC concert tomorrow, but Ticketmaster was teasing and said it started today. Of course, always trust Idina's site because the password doesn't work today, and I've been calling ticketmaster and talking to different people and they can't tell me what presale is today. GRRR I will die if I don't get these tickets!

I live in NJ and my parents don't want to take me to the Atlantic City one because they took me to the Mamaroneck one! They told me we could see Idina again, but they can't even take me to the one in NYC!!! I WANT TO GO SOOOO BADLY!!! I HAVE TO CONVINCE THEM!!

Oh my God, this is probably some of the best news I've ever received in my life!!!!!!!! I LOVE IDINA! I get to see her in San Diego on the 20th, at Town Hall on the 25th (I think it was fate I chose a Wednesday Morning flight instead of Thursday for my cousin's wedding) and NOW I get to see her here in SB!?!?!?!?!?!??? I'm starting to think I've died and somehow squeezed my way into heaven. And here I thought nothing (that) cool happens in SB. Or that I would ever get to meet Idina/talk to her. ::sighs happily:: BEST WEEK EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!
