Listen to American River Suite
Tony winners Idina and Audra McDonald's vocals were used for Stephen Flaherty and William Schermerhorn's "American River Suite" as part of the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks celebration. Their voices were also accompanied by the Choir Academy of Harlem.
If you missed the performance, you can now stream it online. Listen to it here. Enjoy!

You can go directly to the New York Pops website and download both Idina and Audra or the whole Suite directly to I-tunes. Just was posted today. They are also showing a website to purchase sheet music to both songs.

how to download
I went to the idina-here.com site. Clicked on the link which takes you to the New York Pops website.
Once there there are options to download all 7 tracks or each track. I chose to download all 7 tracks.
On my computer a download window opens and you can see the progress of the download. When the down load was complete I opened my itunes library and did a drag and drop into my music. Then itunes added these tracks to my library. I have an apple computer so I am not sure if this is what you do with windows.
I hope this helps.

How to download on a PC with Windows
1. On the New York Pops website, click on the link to download.
2. Click on Save to save all 7 tracks to a zip file.
3. Once the download is finished, click Open to open the zip file (using either Winzip or WinRAR).
4. Extract all the songs to your specified folder. This will save all songs in mp3 format.
5. In iTunes, add all mp3 files.
That's it! You're done!
