I Stand is #4 pop album on iTunes!

I loved the interview, but c'mon all her true fans love her first two albums, but I guess the 3rd time is the charm because 'I Stand' is already climbing to the top of the pop album charts. Whooooo for Idina - finally getting the recognition she deserves!!

Love it! but scrappy?

GREAT interview, but scrappy? I loved her albums, there really organic and natural and maybe the interviewer has never even heard her album!!
I loved the ending though about how she never closes the bathroom door "Sometimes I do, if I really want to spare him" love it :)

oh, that was adorable! she's such a cutie.
have a DEFINITE problem with them saying neither of her albums had much of an impact. i know they impacted me SO much. they keep me going. just because they didn't hit the top of the charts and weren't extremely overplayed doesn't mean they weren't important. cause i know, to basically all of us, they were VERY and still are very important. really cute interview, though! wow, they really dragged that bathroom joke out. haha

That was a great interview! She's just adorable and so true... I just love her for really being who she wants and showing it to the world! :) Yeah, I wasn't happy either with term "scrappy" but I think they just meant that it wasn't a hit produced by a huge label (as "I Stand")... anyway we FANZELS know her first two albums are amazing and love them too! That's what matters the most! ;)

Ha ha that last line made me laugh out loud! Great article! Although I don't like that they called her first two albums "scrappy." They may have been independently released, but they were full of spunk and energy and soul.
